THE power of judgment is the ability to assess the quality of choices, decisions and actions in ourselves and in others.

Actions are the by-products of the state of introversion.

Normally people do not look at themselves to find out as to what they are doing or what is going inside of themselves. People are always extroverts and look at others and observe what others are doing.

Introversion, therefore, guides us to take the right judgements. It helps us to discriminate things, situations, men and matter.

Firstly, we judge ourselves, not with the aim to punish, but simply to assess and see that our thoughts, words and actions are consistently of the highest quality and worthy of acceptance by oth-ers.

Secondly, we don’t judge people, but we judge their actions, for rightness or quality, for ethics or value.

And thirdly, we judge or assess situations and people so that we may be able to see what is the cor-rect response we need to create and express.

In order to discern what is really going on in any situation I first ensure that my own mind is free from the clutter of negativity. Then I will have the clarity to understand the motives driving others.

Thought for reflection: Knowledge gives me the ability to judge, to discriminate, enabling me to try out something new, yet not taking unwanted risks.
