SIBU: Sixteen bodybuilders will flex their muscles in the Mr Sibu contest on July 6 at the gym of Sibu Bodybuilding and Weightlifting Association.

The weigh-in will be held at noon with the contest to start from 2pm.

The categories are flyweight (-60kg), bantamweight (60.1kg to 65kg), lightweight (65.1kg to 70kg) and welterweight (+70kg).

The contest is a run-up to the Mr Sarawak in Miri on July 11 and 12.

Prizes are sponsored by Guinness Stout while IDS Sebor Marketing Sdn Bhd will provide Milo drinks.

Sibu Bodybuilding and Weightlifting Association president Lau Kah Yii, organising chairman Thomas Lee and two committee members Lau Sie Soon and Su Sui yesterday received Milo products from Nestle Products Sdn Bhd sales executive William Yip.

Also present were IDS Sebor manager Bobby Ho Boon Hee and IDS Sebor sales executive Tiong Yong Kiong.
